Alphabet City Beer Co.

We are getting downright spoiled with all these great new watering holes in our neighborhood! So many beer store-cum-bar-types to choose from. Our closest favorite is Top Hops, but we recently went a bit farther into the East Village and explored ABC Beer Co., an extremely inviting spot to take in any number of great drafts (or bottles) and catch up on reading in one of their comfy leather armchairs. I'm excited to go back once it gets a bit chilly out; I bet it'd be an extremely cozy way to while away a Sunday afternoon.

If you want a nosh, they have a great grilled cheese! But if you're hungry still, the ever reliable and friendly Royale is just across the street. ;)
